As the founder & operating director of LSP, I am here to support and guide your process. Our practice will allow you to understand better why you act, feel, and think the way that you do.

I would love to be a part of your journey to regain power and control within yourself and the world around you. Second-guessing yourself is exhausting.

I believe that growth and healing are a slow and gradual process and that we all move at our own pace. I’m here to help you honor your pace whenever you're ready.

I use many modalities, such as Mindfulness-Based, CBT, EMDR, Psychodynamic, and Motivational techniques.

I bring a unique therapeutic perspective with a deep understanding of the challenges of being a daughter of immigrants and belonging to marginalized groups in America.

I treat anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, body image issues, and relationship conflict, and I have experience working with individuals in the LGBTQIA+ community.

I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ issues, life transitions, and other challenges such as aging, anxiety, depression, social isolation, and abuse.

My approach is trauma-informed from a strengths-based perspective that incorporates the use of a variety of modalities.

I aim to create a warm and non-judgmental space where you can pause from the hustle and bustle and reconnect with yourself and what is most important to you.

I strive to provide a calm, safe, and non-judgmental space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings; my approach is collaborative, curious, and reflective. 

I aim to help clients gain insight and become more in touch with their thoughts and feelings.
