Life can feel overwhelming while carrying the weight of emotions, trauma, relationship stress or working through significant life changes. No matter what season you’re in, I’d love to sit with you. I will meet you where you are without judgment while integrating empathy, humor, and warmth into our sessions. I believe you have everything you need to work through your challenges, and together we can work to identify and elicit your innate skills and strengths. I hope to create a safe and nurturing space for you to explore your experiences and emotions.
My approach to therapy is grounded in a strength-based perspective, using well-supported modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). My work with individuals has focused especially on navigating challenges related to anxiety, depression, relationships, trauma, faith transitions, and perinatal mental health.
I recognize that choosing to engage in the therapeutic process often requires immense courage. I am here to hold space for you in working towards authenticity, self-understanding, and growth, wherever it takes you.
