Despite the adversity and struggles we face, there’s often a place of hope and light in ourselves that we overlook. Taking the time to prioritize oneself takes strength and presents the opportunity to recognize one’s ability to grow. Together, we can understand and learn how to better manage the barriers that present themselves and that can get in the way of you attaining the quality of life you deserve.
I aim to provide an empathetic and encouraging environment through individual therapy. My approach is trauma informed from a strengths-based perspective that incorporates the use of psychodynamic practice, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, mindfulness, and support of the mind-body connection to compliment your own experiences and unique identity.
My goal is to provide you with collaborative, non-judgmental support through your self-exploration journey that starts with the acknowledgement that you are the expert of your own life. I hope to learn more about you and meet you where you are at on this journey.
