Natasha Pasternack, LMSW
You are enough. Perhaps it hasn’t felt that way recently. Maybe you’ve been feeling listless, unmotivated, hopeless, and exhausted. You might feel over-alert, worried about the future, and unsure of yourself and your decisions. Maybe you’ve been facing life changes and are feeling out of control. It may not even be apparent what is “wrong,” but you feel it in your spine, joints, and stomach. Looking at therapists is a brave step; I’m glad you’re here.
I help folks find peace by examining their past and social environments and working together to establish new patterns. The catalyst for this change is already inside you; my job is to walk with you while you find the change you seek.
Throughout this process, you will be in the driver’s seat. I will be responsive to your needs and the changes you wish to make. Your feedback and direction will be elicited and honored. I will offer structure, ideas, feedback, and tools. Together, we will decide which to use and how.
